Rony Berger, Ph.D. Dr. Rony Berger, Director of Community Services for Natal, the Israel Trauma Center for Victims of Terror and War, located in Tel Aviv, and an internationally recognized expert in dealing with the psychological preparation and aftermath of terrorist attacks, conducted a training workshop on March 8th, 2003 at St. Joseph's University for mental health professionals as a follow-up to his November 11th, 2002 workshop.
